Welcome to the LExDis Project Website
This project, with the help of students, aims to explore successful 'e-skills' and supporting strategies, including the use of assistive technologies, in a world of complex computer-based interactions introduced by e-learning and on-line social networks. The overview of the project explains the objectives and outcomes that we hope to achieve over the next eighteen months.

Phase Two is well underway and we have interviewed all of the students taking part. We would like to thank those who have given their time so genererously and are still happy to share yet more strategies. These strategies, often resulting from issues that have arisen, illustrate many clever workarounds related to the use oftechnologies in an e-learning environment. They will be appearing on the website during the year. Some Accessibility Tips are already available.
We have also held a focus group with those students able to attend and have been choosing possible designs for the website that will carry all the strategies.
